Children's program Fügen-Kaltenbach im Sommer
Fun for all of the family from July till beginning of September
Children's programme from July to early September – including bookable products: Monday 9 a.m. – 2.30 p.m. Village tour with the children's train: We take the children's train from the tourist office to the Fügen show dairy. There we learn all about the cheese-making process and get to taste the cheese. Afterwards, we will drive to the Goglhof, where we will bake our own Zillertal farmhouse bread. We will then walk back together to the Fügen information office (20 min.). Sturdy shoes required! Fügen Tourist Office, Hauptstr. 54, 6263 Fügen €5.00 per child (show dairy, bread baking + train ride); adults: €3.00 (cheese dairy + train ride), free with guest card Tuesday 9.30 a.m. – approx. 1 p.m. Zillertal Adventure Park: After a short hike, we reach the high ropes course in Kaltenbach. Here, after a detailed briefing, we tackle one of the various courses (selected according to the participating children). After this great experience at height, we will fortify ourselves with a small picnic at the playground near the Marienkapelle chapel on the way back. For children aged 4 to 14. Wednesday 9:30–11:00 a.m. Farm tour: Once everyone has arrived at the farm, the farmer's wife will give us a tour of the farm and provide us with a direct insight into all the daily activities that take place there. Afterwards, we will meet a wide variety of animals, including cows, ducks, chickens, ponies, cats and miniature sheep.
