Enjoy the dreamy view of the magnificent panorama of the First Holiday Region Zillertal and the ideal location to the center of Kaltenbach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the apartment house for our guests.

For our little ones, we have a playground in the garden. Our apartments are spaciously furnished and are ideal for both families and couples. All apartments have a balcony and are equipped with a living kitchen, double room, generous bathrooms, and free WiFi.

The First Holiday Region in Zillertal has a diverse summer and winter offering for our active guests. In winter, you can reach the Hochzillertal ski area with the free ski bus, which stops right at the corner of the house, in just 3 minutes by car. There, you will also find ski school and ski rental. In summer, you have the opportunity to start your hiking tours directly from the house. The Wöscherhof is also the ideal starting point to explore the Zillertal by bike. We offer you a room with ski and mountain boot dryers as well as bicycle storage.
