Holiday home for 4 to 12 pax: ( 5x WC, 4x shower) At the sunniest and most beautiful place of the valley: Our rustic, 300 years old farmhouse (250m2) is situated at the entrance of the Tuxertal valley above the district Vorderlanersbach at 1500 m above sea level. The ski slope is about 800 m away. In summer it is an ideal starting point for various hikes. Non-smoking house!

Conditions and Information
Arrival:
After Mayrhofen right to Finkenberg and on to Vorderlanersbach.
In the center of Vorderlanersbach, in front of the Hotel "Tuxerhof" follow the road on the right - approx. 300m.
At the fork in the road turn left and follow the road uphill for approx. 1.4 km.
The Martlerhof is on the left below the street. The entrance is at the "Scheurerhof".
Snow chains are required in winter!
