Inspired by the significant noble family "Hackl" of Angerberg, who were based in Fügen, the former “Hotel Sonne des Königs” has been given a new lick of paint and awakens with the most modern elegance and nonchalance.

Built in 1480, the multi-floor “Hackelturm” was considered to be a true skyscraper of the time and is still standing today! A successful combination of inherited royal estate and modern lifestyle makes for a lifestyle and sports hotel in the middle of the Zillertal valley. Its new design is tailored towards you: the Kings & Queens of the present.

There are plenty of parking spaces right by the hotel, all of which are free of charge. If you want to be sure your 4 – wheeled baby is safe, you’ll find 33 parking spaces in the underground car park beneath our tower; all are under video surveillance and right in the centre of Fügen!
