Thanks to our central location, you can reach the valley station of the Rosenalmbahn - Zillertal Arena with adventure playground and summer toboggan run Arena-Coaster in just two minutes on foot. The cross-country ski trail is located behind our house. Our house Martina has 2 cozy holiday apartments for 6 people each, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living kitchen with SAT/TV. We are happy to provide our guests with a bread roll service and free W-LAN. For playing and romping, we offer you a large garden with a sunbathing area. Our house is very centrally located, and the ski areas Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal and Mayrhofen-Penken are only a 10-minute drive away.
