The free ski bus that takes you to the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area stops directly across the street. You can also conveniently reach the bakery, a butcher shop, and a supermarket within a 3-minute walk.

If you wish for breakfast, the Hotel Tipotsch, which is 25 meters away from us, offers a breakfast buffet for € 17.- per person.

A trip to the Badewelt Stumm with beach volleyball, a football field, and a swimming lake or to the mini-golf course invites sports and fun for the whole family. Enjoy a well-groomed game of golf on the new 18-hole golf course in Uderns or while fishing at the newly established fishing pond in Stumm with an unforgettable view of the mountain landscape in the Zillertal.

In our Ferienwohnung Angerer, we place great importance on a stylish, modern, and cozy atmosphere. The 53 m² large Ferienwohnung is lovingly decorated by the landlord with attention to detail and according to the season. The bedroom with a farmhouse wardrobe made of light wood, the modern and fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, and dishwasher, the bathroom with rain shower, and the typical Tyrolean living room with sofa bed offer everything you need to feel at home even on holiday. In the cozy living room as well as in the bedroom, you will find an LCD TV, a safe, and free Wi-Fi available for you. The separate WC and the double sink complete the comfort in the Ferienwohnung. The balcony is perfect for watching the setting sun with the whole family while enjoying a cozy dinner in the Zillertal.

Hike in the summer on well-marked trails to the surrounding peaks and enjoy an unforgettable view of the Zillertal from there. Follow the nature trail, which is especially a highlight for children, to the waterfall or use the Zillertal bike and hiking path for an outing with the whole family. If desired, the landlord will gladly accompany you for fishing.

In winter, the Zillertal presents itself splendidly with lots of snow and invites you to lively descents in the top ski areas Hochzillertal-Hochfügen, Zillertal Arena, and Spieljoch. Store your equipment dry and safe in our ski room with boot dryer after skiing.
