Our Appartements Tischner are located right in the centre of Uderns, in the heart of the "Erste Ferienregion im Zillertal" (First Holiday Region in the Zillertal), making them the ideal starting point for exploring the valley in both winter and summer. The free ski bus stops just a one-minute walk from our accommodation, taking you directly to the ski slopes of the Spieljoch and Hochfügen-Hochzillertal ski resorts.

Local shops, several traditional inns, pizzerias, and sports shops can all be reached on foot within just a few minutes. Thanks to our central location, arriving by train is also a convenient option, as the Zillertalbahn train station is only about 200 metres away.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, a variety of amenities await you: from Smart TVs for relaxing evenings to Wi-Fi to keep you digitally connected. In addition, on-site car parking spaces are available, and our lift ensures easy and convenient access to the upper floors.

No matter if you are travelling with family and need a baby cot or a high chair, arriving as a group, or spending your holiday with us as a solo traveller – we are perfectly prepared for all your needs. In summer, our house is the perfect starting point for unforgettable experiences – from leisurely hikes with children and scenic cycling paths along the Ziller River to action-packed mountain bike tours (for instance, with our free rental e-bikes, subject to availability) and via ferratas in the Zillertal mountains. A lockable bicycle room is available to keep your own bikes safe and secure.

In winter, experience perfect days on the slopes in the world-class ski resorts of Spieljoch and Hochfügen-Hochzillertal. While the little ones learn playfully at the kids' ski school, pros can tackle the challenging valley runs of the Fügen-Kaltenbach region. Back at the house, our spacious ski storage room with a ski boot dryer ensures your equipment is warm and ready for the next day. For a wonderful change of pace, visit the Erlebnistherme Fügen: located just 2 km from us, it promises plenty of swimming fun for families as well as relaxing hours in the soothing massage pools.
