Welcome to our apartments at the Kaltenbach Apartment House, in a quiet and sunny location in the Zillertal. For those seeking peace and for families with children, our cosy Kaltenbach Apartment House with panoramic views of the majestic mountains in the Zillertal is the ideal starting point when hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking as well as for romantic walks.

The free ski bus that you can conveniently reach on skies in winter, stops only 200m away you’re your apartment. By car you can access the Hochzillertal resort offering secure snow conditions in 5 minutes, while the newly built Zillertal golf course is only 3 minutes away. The playgrounds in Ried and Kaltenbach can be reached by walking along a beautiful forest, off busy roads, together with your children. The adventure spa in Fügen with spa and sauna offers rest and relaxation for those seeking recreation and the whole family.

Our three apartments are comfortably and brightly furnished, held in a modern Tyrolean style and can accommodate 2-4 people. They all feature a fully equipped kitchen with sitting area and a bright spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. On the spacious balcony with table and chairs you can enjoy a magnificent view of Kaltenbach and the surrounding mountain scenery of the Zillertal.

For children we provide a crib, high chair and changing mat. Painting supplies, board games and books ensure plenty of variety and fun should the weather not play along.

Use our free Wi-Fi connection in every apartment. On request we can also offer you a bread delivery service in the morning. Sports equipment can be stored in our dry and safe ski room with boot dryer.
