At the entrance of the Zillertal, the family-run Apart Denise is located in a quiet, sunny position in Fügen in the Zillertal. The Spieljochbahn and the Erlebnistherme Zillertal can be reached in just a 5-minute walk. Within a radius of only 100 m, you will find the best pizzeria in town, a regional supermarket, a bank, and a charging station for electric vehicles. Fresh rolls from the local master baker with artisanal quality are delivered to your apartment upon request.

In our Apart Denise in Fügen, you can expect 11 holiday apartments for 2-6 people, of which 7 holiday apartments have been completely renovated recently (Autumn 2025/Spring 2026). Whether as a family, as a couple, or with friends, our cozy holiday apartments offer comfort for all expectations and wishes. Each apartment features a balcony or terrace with a magnificent view of the Zillertal Alps. In the furnished kitchen-living area equipped with a 2-burner stove, coffee machine, microwave, and dishwasher, you can enjoy sociable evenings together. In our garden, which has a small playground, slide, and swing, you can enjoy the afternoon sun with your family.

A cozy lounge with a tiled stove, game collection, and books, a children's playroom with toys for the little ones, as well as a game room with table tennis and foosball provide entertainment. You can store your sports equipment dry and secure in our heated ski room with state-of-the-art ski boot dryers. The free ski bus (50 m) takes you to the popular ski areas Hochfügen-Hochzillertal and Spieljoch. You can park your car worry-free directly at the house or in our underground garage.

Elegance and exclusivity at the highest level await all golf enthusiasts at the Zillertal Golf Course in Uderns. Here you will find an 18-hole golf course with a spacious practice area, a chipping green, a pitching green, and putting greens. We would be happy to reserve tee times for you and accompany you to a well-manicured round of golf. The swimming lake in Schlitters with lakeside café and large children's playground is a lovely cycling destination in summer, along the Zillerradweg.

Experience nature while hiking, take a walk with your dog, stop by alpine huts, slide into the Erlebnisbad Fügen, explore the area on downhill mountain bike trails, and enjoy active vacation days climbing or golfing; all this awaits you during your summer vacation at Apart Denise.
