Forest bathing in the natural treasure "Glocke"
Description
Nature experience for body and soul
Fresh green foliage, the rustling of leaves and the scent of spruce needles: Forest bathing was invented in Japan and refers to consciously experiencing the forest, combined with relaxation exercises for all senses. A certified forest bathing guide accompanies you during this experience with exercises alone or in pairs. The thoughts come to rest, the senses are activated and you feel the connection to nature again. We walk slowly through the beautiful red beech and linden mixed forest in the protected area Glocke and come to rest. Finally, there is an opportunity to exchange experiences over a cup of spruce needle tea.
